Ads requiring proofs are due by noon on day of deadline. Copy submitted after deadline accepted for publication subject to space available. 
Note that upcoming holidays may cause deadlines to change.  Contact us to plan accordingly the weeks before Christmas, New Year, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.

credit information
Master Card, Visa and Discover cards are accepted.  All ads must be paid for in advance until a credit application has been approved.
Credit Application

proofs
Proofs will be provided on ads upon request.  Proofs are for verifying copy accuracy only, substantial design changes in composed ads may incur additional production charges. Proofs may not be available on ads submitted after deadline.

political ads
Political advertising is accepted on a “cash with copy” basis only. No political advertising will be placed on covers. Ads must carry the disclaimer “authorized and paid for by.”

inserts and supplements
Inserts or pre-printed supplements and flyers must be folded no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches, or they will incur an additional folding charge. Reservation deadline is seven days in advance of publication date.  Materials to be inserted must be received five days prior to insertion date. Zoned distribution is available, no minimum requirement. Rates upon request.

position and covers
Requests for position will be given every consideration and TheBooster will cooperate in honoring requests whenever possible. Position is not guaranteed. Failure to meet position requests will not constitute cause for adjustment, refund or rerun.  Covers and preferred positions are by reservation subject to confirmation by publisher.  Only three preferred positions are allowed on reservation status at any one time.
